Because each Dead Ringer is built by hand, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

EU Customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@deadringerbridge.com within that window. We'll refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Custom or personalized items are excluded from this right.
